Random assignment was stratified by cisplatin eligibility (eligible or ineligible), PD-L1 expression (high or low), and liver metastases (present or absent).1

Dual primary endpoints: OS and PFS by BICR per RECIST v1.11

  • Patients were enrolled in the EV-302 trial with no biomarker-based preselection, including Nectin-4 and PD-L13
  • Secondary endpoints included BICR-assessed ORR, DOR, time to pain progression, and safety profiles3

Key inclusion and exclusion criteria in the EV-302 trial

Key inclusion criteria3

  • Adult patients with radiologically measurable, histologically documented, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic UC including squamous differentiation or mixed cell types, with no biomarker-based preselection, including Nectin-4 and PD-L1

Key exclusion criteria3

  • Prior PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor or other systemic therapy (except neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy post-surgery with recurrence >12 months from therapy completion)
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Ongoing Grade ≥2 sensory or motor neuropathy

PADCEV, in combination with pembrolizumab, is indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic urothelial cancer who are eligible for platinum-containing chemotherapy.

PADCEV as monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer who have previously received a platinum-containing chemotherapy and a programmed death receptor-1 or programmed death-ligand 1 inhibitor.
