PADCEV India Prescribing Information.1

  • Efficacy results from the clinical trials reflect full and modified dosing regimens1
  • In trials of PADCEV + pembrolizumab in adults with unresectable or metastatic UC who received at least 1 dose of PADCEV + pembrolizumab1:
    • 72% had their PADCEV treatment interrupted because of AEs
    • 42% had their PADCEV dose reduced because of AEs
    • 36% had their PADCEV treatment discontinued because of AEs

*Toxicity was graded per NCI-CTCAE v5.0, where Grade 1 is mild, Grade 2 is moderate, Grade 3 is severe, and Grade 4 is life-threatening.1
